1. They Are Lightweight: The Jackson Kayaks are designed to take that unnecessary weight off your back and allow you to have more pleasure rather than work when you hit the water.
2. They Are Comfortable: In fact, if your Jackson Kayak is not the MOST COMFORTABLE boat you ever sat in, you're not doing it right! What does that mean? Our cockpit design-outfitting-foot system is unparalleled. We don't just cookie-cut the same cockpit into every boat. Each size of kayak has its own sized cockpit made to perfectly fit the range of lower bodies the boat is designed for.
3. They Are Durable: Yes, our plastic is a better plastic. Yes, that is what they all say, but you can't argue with facts. We are the ONLY company using Cross-Linked HDPE. The difference? It stretches TWICE as far before breaking and has 30% less drag, which means that it doesn't leave so much plastic on the rocks; so your kayak looks good longer.
4. They Are Dry: Why would you take a perfectly good kayak and drill an average of 8 holes in it and then wonder why it leaks? You won't find any outside drill holes through our boats. Yes, this took some engineering, and extra expense in our molds to do right, but the result is astounding, - a kayak that is DRY ALL DAY!
